Engineering Studies in the Higher School of Commerce in Radom take 3.5 years (7 semesters) and finish with the receipt of the title "Engineer".Graduates of our school receive a diploma documenting the receipt of a higher professional education, allowing them to continue studies toward the completion of a Master's degree or in post-undergraduate classes.
The plan of engineering studies has been developed according to the most up to date developments in the field as well as with the assistance of the best specialists in computer science. As a result of these studies, students receive the fundamental knowledge in computer science, technology, economics and the related fields and in this way a multi-faceted preparation for a professional career. The up to date plan of studies, the techniques of teaching as well as the large number of economic subjects covered ensure graduates that they meet the demands created by the current labor market.
Studies include the following: - lectures, - classroom exercises, - discussions, - computer laboratory, - managerial workshop, - decision games and simulations, - foreign language, - seminars are divided during the course of studies into three parts: I group - basic subjects and general education, II group - directed subjects, III group - specialization and specialties.
Studies are conducted:
- full-time (classes from Monday to Friday), - extramural (classes during weekend sessions).
The school also ensures student the possibility of active recreation. Students may use the supervised, professional gym, pool and weight-room and also take part in aerobics lessons. For those interested, there are also extracurricular sports events.
The engineering studies at WSH are directed to graduates of high schools, junior colleges and also to the employees of firms and institutions who desire to increase their professional qualifications by receiving a higher education. |
