The inauguration ceremony of the academic year 2009/2010 at Radom Academy of Economics took place on 3rd October 2009. Gaudeamus Igitur at Radom Academy of Economics has sounded for the 12th time.

After the Rector's (doc. dr Elżbieta Kielska) Speech, first year students were accepted to school by acquiring academic citizenship through the act of immatriculation. 

The inauguration lecture „Opportunities and threats of the EU membership” was delivered by prof. dr hab. Dariusz Rosati.

The new academic year was welcomed by over 1200 first year students and 250 postgraduate students. In the new academic year over 3500 students will be studying at Radom Academy of Economics.
